Job Summary

We are seeking an aggressive, result-driven Business Development and Technical Sales Team to accelerate our growth across two core verticals: Electrical Power Backup Solutions (UPS, Inverters, Solar Systems) and Industrial/Commercial Water Treatment Plants (WTP, STP, ETP, RO). The ideal candidates will be responsible for lead generation, technical evaluation, consultant networking, and closing high-value corporate/industrial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new B2B clients across manufacturing plants, hospitals, real estate developers, data centres, and infrastructure projects.

  • Consultant & Contractor Networking: Build and maintain active relationships with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, EPC contractors, and architects to get our products specified in new project tenders.

  • Technical Discovery & Proposals: Conduct initial site load assessments or water quality requirement analyses to present customized technical and commercial proposals.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from open-market prospecting to commercial negotiation, contract finalization, and payment collection.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, emerging market trends, and upcoming industrial tenders to position our products effectively.
