Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through online, referral, and on-ground channels.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining proper documentation.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

  • Build strong client relationships and drive referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting

  • Real estate experience preferred.
