Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join Bharti AXA Life Insurance. The role involves selling life insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, references, and networking

Meet potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the company

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales service

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HS

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of insurance products

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
