Job Role
Delhi Chai Café is looking for a dynamic, sales-driven professional for the position of Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager at our Lucknow branch office. The designation will be offered based on the candidate’s qualification and relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales, business development, or related industries. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate Sales through Lead Development: Drive sales through cold calling, lead dialling, networking, referrals, and other franchise development activities to identify potential business opportunities.
· Identify Potential Franchise Partners: Connect with prospective investors and entrepreneurs interested in franchise opportunities and evaluate their suitability for the Delhi Chai Café business model.
· Conduct Client Meetings and Presentations: Schedule meetings with potential clients and present the brand, franchise model, and business opportunity through clear demonstrations and professional presentations.
· Understand Client Requirements: Interact with clients to understand their investment capacity and business expectations, and provide suitable franchise solutions accordingly.
· Negotiate and Close Deals: Handle client queries, negotiate terms, and successfully close franchise deals while maintaining a professional and transparent approach.
· Maintain Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
· Maintain Sales Records: Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
Qualification & Skills Required
Graduate (B.A / B.Com / BBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in both Hindi and English.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Maximum age limit: 28 years.
Candidates must possess their own laptop for official work.
