📍 Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Position: Sales Manager – Security Services
Are you a passionate sales professional with experience in B2B sales? Join our growing team and help expand our Security & Facility Management business.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate new business leads and corporate clients.
✅ Meet builders, hotels, hospitals, industries, offices, schools, and commercial establishments.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
✅ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Eligibility:
✔ Graduate/MBA preferred.
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or B2B Corporate Sales.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
✔ Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
