Role Purpose:
The Member Co-ordinator is responsible for managing member relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling queries, and supporting sales and retention activities to deliver an excellent member experience.
Member Support & Service
Greet members and ensure a friendly, welcoming environment
Handle member inquiries, complaints, and assistance requests
Maintain strong relationships with existing members
Membership Management
Assist in new member enrollments, renewals, and upgrades
Maintain accurate member records and databases
Follow up on membership expiries, pending payments, and leads
Onboarding & Engagement
Guide new members through inductions and orientation
Coordinate fitness assessments with trainers
Promote gym services, classes, and programs
Communication & Coordination
Act as a bridge between members, trainers, and management
Schedule appointments, PT sessions, and consultations
Share updates, offers, and reminders with members
Retention & Sales Support
Support membership sales targets
Encourage renewals and member loyalty
Track member satisfaction and feedback
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Prior experience in fitness/hospitality/customer service is a plus
