Job Responsibilities:
Handle and sell assigned real estate projects/properties.
Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
