We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Category Specialist (Education) For Gurgaon Location to drive sales of technology solutions within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience selling EdTech or education-focused technology solutions and possess strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and academic institutions.
This role requires consultative selling, solution positioning, and the ability to engage senior academic stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by selling education technology solutions to schools and academic institutions.
• Must have prior experience in the EdTech industry, with exposure to one or more of the following solutions:
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Classroom Hardware & Smart Classroom / Digital Classroom Solutions
Gamification & Collaborative Learning Tools
School ERP / Administration & Management Systems
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage with key stakeholders including:
o Chief Academic Officers (CAO)
o School Principals & Administrators
o Directors of Teaching & Learning
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution workshops.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of deals.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging EdTech needs.
• Maintain CRM and accurate sales forecasting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Education/EdTech.
• Proven track record of selling:
o LMS platforms
o Smart classroom technologies
o Education ERP systems
o Gamified or collaborative learning solutions
• Existing network with school decision-makers (CAOs, Principals, Academic Directors).
• Strong consultative selling and solution-mapping skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and institutional buying processes.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.

• Graduation or equivalent degree in Business/Marketing.
• Experience working with K-12 institutions or higher education segments.
• Understanding of curriculum delivery models and digital transformation in education.
