Position Overview
We (Delipack )are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our business development and client servicing activities in the part load transport services sector. The role involves coordinating sales operations, managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Handle new customer inquiries related to part load consignments and provide accurate quotations.
Lead Generation and active on social media & Sales lead coordination till customer closure.
Coordinate with the operations team to confirm vehicle availability, route planning, and load consolidation.
Maintain records of leads, quotations, and conversions in CRM or MIS systems. Execute finalization of quotation
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
Finalization of proposals after discussion with dept head for new customer and onboarding activities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
Track customer satisfaction and escalate issues to the sales manager when required.
Operations Liaison
Work closely with transport operations to ensure efficient consolidation of part loads.
Monitor delivery schedules, turnaround times, and POD (Proof of Delivery) status.
Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, and warehouse staff to align commitments with client expectations.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, quotations, and conversions.
Track revenue targets and sales performance metrics.
Support compliance with company policies, contracts, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in transport/logistics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and transport management software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
