Job Title: Area Sales Executive (Distributor Development)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to appoint distributors and expand our Sendha Namak business in assigned territories. The candidate should have strong market knowledge and experience in FMCG sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appoint new distributors in assigned districts

- Develop and expand market for Sendha Namak

- Visit markets and identify potential distributors

- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers

- Ensure regular order flow from distributors

- Achieve monthly targets and expand coverage

---

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–5 years in FMCG / field sales

- Strong knowledge of local market

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Must be ready for field work and travel

- Own vehicle preferred

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15000 – ₹25,000 per month

- Incentive: ₹1000–₹1500 per distributor appointment + monthly bonus

- Petrol allowance + travel expenses extra
