Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and maximize profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed performance metrics

Market Growth: Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure loyalty.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales data, prepare sales reports, and analyze market trends to provide insights to senior management.
Operational Compliance: Ensure consistency in quality, pricing strategies, and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a similar field.
Experience: Proven experience (often 3-6+ years) in field sales or institutional sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Leadership: Excellent coaching, team management, and interpersonal skills
Requirements: Strong communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
