Area Sales Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with an engineering background to lead and grow sales operations in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and promoting our roofing and infrastructure products.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets

• Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks

• Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, and residential segments

• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review

• Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships

• Experience in PEB, roofing sheets, steel structures, or infrastructure materials

• Ability to manage teams and drive performance

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
