✅ Manage complete sales operations for Wires & *Cables / Modular Switches & Accessories* ⚙️

✅ Appoint, manage & monitor *Dealers and Distributors across the territory* 🤝

✅ Promote existing & new products with *special trade schemes 🎯*

✅ Strengthen market presence by *identifying, negotiating & closing new opportunities* 🚀

✅ Conduct Competitor *Mapping & Market Intelligence* 🔍

✅ Build and maintain strong Dealer & *Retailer relationships* 🤝

✅ Sales forecasting, target planning & *execution* 📊

✅ Manage receivables & ensure timely collections 💼

✅ *Achieve* sales & revenue targets within deadlines ⏳

✅ Own *end-to-end* business operations with profitability accountability 💡

🎯 Candidate Requirements

✔️ Education:

🎓 Essential: Graduate

🎓 Preferred: *MBA / PGDM*

✔️ Experience:

📌 *4–6 years in Cable & Wire Industry*

📌 *Minimum 2 years continuity in each of the last two organizations*

✔️ Skills Required:

✨ *Strong Channel & Retail Sales exposure*

✨ Excellent negotiation & *relationship-building* skills 🤝

✨ Confident, self-driven & result-oriented personality 💪
