Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive – Gold Loan, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and business growth by promoting gold loan products.

• Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and walk-ins.
  Educate customers about gold loan products, features, and benefits.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  Coordinate with banking partners for loan processing and approvals.
  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
  Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in BFSI/loans/financial services).
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  Customer-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
  Knowledge of gold loan products will be an added advantage.
  Qualification: Graduate (preferred).
