🚀 Sales Officer – Unsecured Business Loans

Location: Gurugram | Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Officer with prior banking/fintech experience in unsecured business loans. You’ll identify and qualify SME clients, engage with HNI/Ultra-HNI customers, and build a strong pipeline to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and qualify SME clients for unsecured business loans

- Engage with HNI/Ultra-HNI SME customers via calls, emails, and meetings

- Understand client business needs, financials, and funding requirements

- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team

- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress

- Stay updated on SME lending products, market trends, and competitor offerings

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in banking/NBFC/fintech (preferably unsecured business loans)

- Experience handling HNI/Ultra-HNI SME clients

- Strong understanding of SME financials and lending products

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Target-driven mindset with strong closure orientation

- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead qualification

Good to Have:

- SDR/Inside Sales/Business Development background

- Exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking systems

- Experience in a fast-paced startup/fintech environment
