🚨 We Are Hiring – Area Sales Manager (ASM) | Jharkhand

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage distributors and expand our distribution network across the state.

📍 Location: Jharkhand (Field Role)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support existing distributors
• Appoint new distributors across Jharkhand
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth
• Ensure timely payment collections
• Monitor market performance and competitor activity
• Coordinate with promoters and retail counters

🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years experience in Mobile / Electronics / Consumer Durable industry
• Strong distributor management experience
• Good knowledge of Jharkhand market and locations
• Ability to appoint and develop new distributors
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Must be comfortable with field travel

🔹 Preferred:
• Experience in handling brand distribution
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
