Area Sales Manager - NCV Finance - Emerging Markets - Motor Finance - Sales - Dehradun - Shakti Tower - (M1-M3) Lead Management Managing and supporting the SMs in generating leads, dealing with channel partners whenever required Provides procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals Customer relationship management Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers and handle any customer escalations pertaining to his geography Takes initiative in creating in innovative customer value Dealer relationship management Maintain relationship with key local dealerships, OEM dealers and local territory managers of OEM Team Management Manage a team of SMs including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management Ensure all SMs and dealer sales team are aware of policies related to product offerings Ensure timely training on product and process changes for his team
