Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)Company: Health Healing Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd.Location: AgraExperience Required: 3–4 YearsJob Summary:The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales and team management.Key Responsibilities:Achieve area sales targets as per company goals.Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Medical Representatives.Ensure effective coverage of the territory through regular field visits.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stockists, and distributors.Implement marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team.Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance updates.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-handling role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team effectively.Good understanding of the local pharmaceutical market and key stakeholders.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their updated resume tohr.healthhealingpharmaceutical@gmail.com with the subject line “Application for ASM Post"
