Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Battery Segment
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales operations and distributor/channel management in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for automotive/inverter/solar batteries.
Appoint and manage dealers & retailers; ensure product availability and visibility.
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.
Train and support sales executives/TSOs for field activities.
Manage B2B/B2C customer relationships and resolve market issues.
Ensure timely collection, billing, and secondary/tertiary sales reporting.
Required Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Experience in battery/automotive/lubricant/electrical segment preferred.
Team management, channel development & market analysis skills.
Experience: 3–7 years in field sales.
