Area Sales Manager – Facilities

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business for facility management, housekeeping and manpower outsourcing services.

• Identify and approach corporate offices, hospitals, hotels, societies and commercial establishments.

• Develop relationships with HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement and Operations teams.

• Generate leads through field visits, references, calls, LinkedIn and other business-development channels.

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow up until closure.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits and requirement assessments.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth manpower deployment.

• Maintain sales pipeline, client database and daily activity reports.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Manpower Outsourcing sales.

• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR corporate and commercial market.

• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Target-oriented and capable of generating business independently.
