The role involves developing dealer and distributor networks, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and monitoring market trends. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with a good understanding of construction material markets. Prior experience in the tile adhesive, construction chemical, or related industry is preferred.
