Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Construction Material Testing Laboratory

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Keytech Material Testing Laboratory LLP. This role is focused on expanding our client base within the construction and infrastructure sector, achieving revenue targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers a salary range of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 along with strong opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and infrastructure companies.

• Promote laboratory services such as concrete testing, soil testing, steel testing, and quality assurance services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate testing solutions and services.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely sample collection, testing, and reporting.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive.

• Prepare and share regular sales reports, client feedback, and market insights with management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma (Civil preferred)

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in sales/marketing (preferably in construction, laboratory, or related field)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build client relationships and close deals effectively

• Customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset

• Basic knowledge of construction materials and testing processes will be an advantage
