We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Agency Managers with proven experience in recruiting and managing agents in the insurance, mutual fund, or BFSI industry. The Agency Manager will be responsible for building a strong team of agents, training them, and supporting them in driving business across multiple wealth creation products.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment & Team Building
Identify, recruit, and onboard agents from insurance, mutual fund, or related industries.
Build a motivated team capable of selling diverse financial products.
Training & Development
Provide structured training to agents on products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Pre-IPO opportunities, and Insurance.
Mentor agents to improve sales techniques, compliance, and client servicing.
Business Growth & Support
Guide agents in achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
Monitor performance and provide continuous support to ensure productivity.
Drive revenue growth through effective team management and product penetration.
Compliance & Professional Standards
Ensure all agents adhere to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
Uphold ethical standards in client interactions and product distribution.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
Prior experience as an Agency Manager or in agent recruitment within insurance, mutual funds, or financial services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to train, motivate, and drive agents toward achieving business goals.
