Job Title: Admissions and Business Development Associate (Fresher Preferred)
Organization: Akshar Arbol International School (AAIS)
Location: Injambakkam, ECR, Chennai | Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, articulate Fresher to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of AAIS, handling parent inquiries, conducting campus tours, and maintaining warm, consistent follow-ups to assist prospective families with the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Interaction: Warmly welcome prospective parents, conduct campus tours, and answer basic queries regarding our IB and Cambridge programs.
Follow-up Management: Timely and politely follow up with prospective parents via phone calls and emails to guide them through the next steps of admission.
Inquiry Tracking: Record parent details, visit logs, and follow-up notes accurately in the school database.
Student Onboarding: Assist parents with application paperwork and coordination during the final admission steps.
Requirements & Core Competencies
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Recent graduates / Freshers encouraged to apply).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; polite, patient, and professional telephone etiquette.
Interpersonal Abilities: High empathy, strong active listening skills, and a warm, customer-centric approach when dealing with parents.
Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and comfort using basic database/CRM tools.
