Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
Counsel students & parents on career programs.
Convert leads into course enrolments.
Assist with documentation & onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
Build & maintain client relationships.
Guide students in course selection & application process.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in education sales/academic counselling.
Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Strong persuasion & emotional intelligence skills.
Proficiency in CRM & Google Sheets.
Knowledge of any one regional language (Odia/Assamese/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu/Bengali) preferred.
Strong listening, communication & presentation skills.
