Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Telecaller

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining course details, handling enquiries, and converting leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. Similar admission counselling and telecalling roles are commonly listed on platforms like Job Hai and other hiring portals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to student leads

• Explain courses, fees, and admission process clearly

• Follow up with interested students and parents

• Convert enquiries into successful admissions

• Maintain daily call records and lead updates

• Achieve monthly admission targets

• Build good relationships with students and parents

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Telecalling / counselling experience is an added advantage

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to speak Tamil & English
