ऐड्मिशन काउंसलर

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal

candidate will counsel students and their parents on MBBS admission opportunities in India,

explain eligibility criteria, guide them on the admission process, and support them throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on MBBS courses, eligibility, and colleges across India.

Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries.

Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.

Conduct career seminars, webinars, and in-office sessions.

Stay up-to-date with medical college admission guidelines and entrance exams (NEET, etc.).

Maintain records of student interactions and provide regular reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and educational institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Healthcare background preferred).

Proven experience in counseling or admissions (preferably in MBBS or higher education sector).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve admission targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Full-Time, In-office

🕐 Work Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
