Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential learners from a pre-provided dataset, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable career development programs. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage and counsel working professionals through phone calls, emails and mailers.
● Cold-call leads from the provided database to generate interest and convert them into enrollments.
● Recommend suitable career development or management programs based on individual profiles and aspirations.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a strong rapport with potential learners throughout the decision-making process.
● Keep accurate and updated records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
● Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
