🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Admission Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions for various IT and professional courses offered by Campus Buddy.

📍 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins

• Provide detailed information about courses (IT, Cyber Security, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)

• Counsel students regarding career paths, course selection, and job opportunities

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

• Maintain student database and update CRM regularly

• Coordinate with the placement and academic team for student support

• Conduct demo session scheduling and explain institute offerings

• Build strong relationships with students and parents

👩 Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female (Required)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years in admission counseling / sales / education sector

• Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently

💰 Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
