Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, informative, and high-quality content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong command of language, and the ability to create compelling content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Student & Parent Interaction: Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, academic programs, and admission procedures. Respond promptly to inquiries through calls, emails, messages, and walk-ins. Maintain a warm, courteous, and professional tone in all communication.

·       Admission Process Management: Guide applicants through the complete admission cycle—from inquiry to enrolment. Assist parents in completing application forms, documentation, and fee submissions. Maintain accurate admission records and ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents. Coordinate and schedule entrance tests, interviews, or school tours.

·       Counselling & Guidance: Understand the needs of students/parents and provide personalized guidance. Counsel parents on selecting suitable programs, grade levels, or learning pathways. Handle concerns, objections, or queries with patience and clarity.

·       Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team, class teachers, and administrative department for seamless onboarding. Attend departmental meetings and maintain alignment with admission targets and policies. Support school events such as open houses, orientation programs, and promotional activities.

·       Communication & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Maintain updated knowledge about school programs, policies, fee structures, and updates. Ensure high-quality English communication—both written and verbal—in all correspondences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Excellent command over English (spoken and written).

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·       Customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic approach.

·       Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet admission targets.
