About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Academic Pre-Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students who enquire about our courses and guiding them with initial information.
>Key Responsibilities
> Make outgoing calls to students/candidates who have shown interest through enquiries.
> Provide basic information about available programs and understand the student’s needs.
> Collect essential details such as academic background and required documents.
>Update and maintain enquiry records in the system.
> Schedule follow-ups or connect the student to the senior counselor for further guidance.
