We are looking for an Admission Counsellor to join our team at Shashank Skills Academy.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with students who have enquired about our Online Degree Programs through our website and digital marketing campaigns.

• Counsel prospective students, understand their education and career goals, answer their queries, and recommend the most suitable university and program.

• Guide students through the complete admission process and ensure timely follow-ups until enrollment.

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the company's database to generate interest in our Online Degree Programs and convert them into admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups and effective counselling.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

• Submit daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 2–5 years of experience in admission counselling, education counselling, telecalling, or inside sales.

• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.

• A target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and customer service skills.
