Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Explain course details, fee structure, and eligibility criteria.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Guide students through the complete admission process and documentation.
Maintain student data and update records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission targets and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good convincing and counselling abilities.
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
