Job Description – Admission Counselor

Location: Noida Sector 90, Bhutani Alphathum (Nearest Metro: Sector 137, Aqua Line)
Position: Admission Counselor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

Company is seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Admission Counselors to assist prospective students in making informed educational decisions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs, admissions, and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.

• Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/software.

• Achieve admission and conversion targets assigned by the management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions and lead status.

• Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Confident and professional personality.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Experienced Candidates (0–3 Years)

• Experience in Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or related roles preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities.

• Good presentation and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Customer-centric and positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
