E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Lead Conversion & Admissions ▸ Convert inbound and outbound student leads into confirmed admissions for cybersecurity training programs. ▸ Conduct professional student counseling sessions — in-person, via call, and online — covering courses, certifications, and career opportunities. ▸ Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media channels. ▸ Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of walk-ins and appointments.

Communication & Relationship Management Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students, parents, and guardians. ▸ Address student queries professionally and empathetically, helping them make informed enrollment decisions. ▸ Represent Cyberous at seminars, webinars, workshops, and college counseling sessions.

Operations & Reporting ▸ Maintain accurate student records, onboarding documents, and CRM data throughout the admission cycle. ▸ Track and manage all leads systematically using CRM tools and Excel-based reports. ▸ Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth student onboarding and program kick-off. ▸ Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets and revenue goals set by management. ▸ Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and outreach initiatives as required.

R E Q U I R E D S K I L L S & C O M P E T E N C I ES

✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both Hindi and English (spoken & written)
✔ Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, or student admissions counseling
✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and lead management platforms
✔ Target-oriented mindset with high self-motivation and discipline
✔ Comfortable with multi-channel outreach: calls, WhatsApp, email, social media
✔ Professional attitude, presentable personality, and a solution-focused approach
✔ Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously without compromising quality
