Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students and parents regarding educational programs, admission procedures, and course details. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and admission procedures.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Explain course benefits, fees, payment options, and career opportunities.

• Convert prospective leads into admissions by providing accurate information and effective counseling.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.

  Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in sales, telecalling, counseling, or admission counseling.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

• Ability to handle student queries and manage multiple leads effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or admission counseling.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
