We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Admissions with experience in selling online MBA, BBA, BCA, and other UG/PG programs. The role involves counselling students, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into enrollments through effective communication and relationship building.
Connect with prospective students via inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms.
Counsel students and parents on online MBA, BBA, BCA, and other graduation & master’s programs.
Clearly explain course features, eligibility criteria, fees, university credentials, and career benefits.
Guide students through the complete admission lifecycle – enquiry to successful enrollment.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for application processing and documentation.
Participate in webinars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.
Share market insights and student feedback to improve counselling and sales strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Proven experience in selling online education programs (MBA/BBA/BCA preferred).
Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, Marketing preferred).
6 months –3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or business development in EdTech or education industry.
Experience in online degree admissions will be a strong advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
