Position Title:
Admission Counselor
Location: NIF Global Bhubaneswar
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Hiring Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and support enrollment activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media platforms.
Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
Conduct campus tours and assist during seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Experience:
1– 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
