Job Description (JD) – Student Counsellor

Position: Student Counsellor
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.

2. Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

3. Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

4. Explain course details, career opportunities, and institutional facilities.

5. Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.

6. Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the management.

7. Maintain good communication and professional relationships with students and parents.

8. Coordinate with the admission and administrative teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

• Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or admissions will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on experience and skills).
