Job Title: Admission Officer

Role Overview

As an Admission Officer, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and their parents. Your primary goal is to guide them through our educational programs, address their queries, and facilitate the enrollment process. We are looking for energetic, recent graduates from top Greater Noida institutions who are ready to kickstart their careers in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Counseling: Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with prospective students and parents.

• Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.

• Documentation: Assist students with the application process, verifying eligibility and required documents.

• Outreach: Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and campus visits in the Delhi-NCR region.

• Reporting: Maintain an accurate database of leads and daily progress reports using CRM software.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Education: Recently graduated or apperaing in final year (BBA, BCA, MCA ,MBA, BA, or B.Com) from a recognized university.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Mindset: A "people person" with a persuasive personality and a passion for helping students.

• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and social media platforms.

• Commute: Must be comfortable commuting to Sector 75, Noida (easily accessible via Metro).
