Objective:
Drive enrollment growth by managing high-level counselling, supporting junior counsellors, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality admission experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex or high-value student inquiries and provide expert-level counselling on programs, career pathways, and college offerings.
Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring clarity on admission requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and important deadlines.
Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing best practices and assisting in difficult counselling cases.
Analyze lead quality, track conversion performance, and recommend strategies for improving admissions.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align counselling efforts with campaigns and institutional goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Conversion rate of qualified leads to admissions
Number of high-quality enrollments (e.g., based on program priority or academic performance)
