Job Summary: The On-Campus Admission Counselor is responsible for representing the organization at the assigned campus, guiding prospective students with accurate program information, and supporting them through the entire admission process. The role involves face-to-face counseling, documentation support, relationship management with campus staff, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary representative of the company at the designated campus.

• Engage with walk-in students, parents, and visitors to provide detailed course and admission information.

• Assist candidates in understanding eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and program benefits & Guide students in filling out application forms and completing all admission-related documentation.

• Maintain daily reports on inquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and document submission status.

• Handle student queries and provide appropriate resolution in a polite and professional manner.

• Achieve assigned weekly/monthly admission targets and ensure timely follow-ups with potential students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+  years of experience in academic counselling 

• Qualification - Bachelor's in any stream

• Exposure: Experience handling both UG and PG programs

• Languages: Fluent in English & Telugu  (Any other language will add an advantage)

• Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

• Personality: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and target-driven
