• Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

• Guide students on career opportunities and suggest the best-fit courses based on their background and interests.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups on CRM or Excel.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet monthly enrollment targets.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and college visits when required.

• Maintain deep knowledge of course content, pricing, offers, placement stats, and eligibility criteria.

• Build strong relationships with students to ensure long-term trust and possible referrals.

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or relevant).

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in counseling/admissions/ed-tech preferred. Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Confident in both Hindi and English.
