Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Any 1 day during the week

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic profile and career goals.

• Provide accurate information regarding overseas education opportunities and admission processes.

Lead Management & Follow-Ups

• Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls.

• Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling.

Admissions & Conversion

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

• Support students throughout the admission journey to ensure successful enrollments.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate student records and regular updates in the CRM system.

• Share daily and weekly progress reports with management.

Events & Promotional Activities

• Represent Aliff at seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events.

• Support marketing and outreach initiatives when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Overseas Education Counseling, Telecalling, or Admissions

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Regional language proficiency is an added advantage

• Good knowledge of study abroad destinations and admission procedures

• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and conversion skills

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification required
