·       Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided).

·       Clearly explain Aimlay’s services and convert leads into successful enrolments.

·       Identify customer needs and conduct impactful online product demos.

·       Use in-depth product knowledge to propose tailored solutions.

·       Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

·       Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or outbound sales.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·       Strong listening skills with a confident and courteous demeanor.
