Job Title: Admission Counselor – PhD Admissions

Company: University Ideal

Location: Near Dwarka Mod Metro Station, Delhi

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Admission Counselors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding PhD programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and online leads.

Guide candidates through the complete admission process, including documentation and application submission.

Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admission status in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.

Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admission processing.

Provide excellent student support and resolve admission-related queries promptly.

Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and educational events when required.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and counseling skills in Hindi and English.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Ability to build relationships and maintain professional communication with students.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).

Experience in Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, or Lead Generation is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
