Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and Academic Counselor who can guide aspiring students and parents in choosing the right career path in Animation, VFX, Gaming, and related media fields. The role involves counselling, academic coordination, and supporting student success and maximise admissions.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions• Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries regarding courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Multimedia, etc.• Understand student interests, aptitude, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.• Explain course structure, duration, learning outcomes, fees, and career opportunities.• Convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining ethical counseling practices.Academic Coordination• Coordinate between students, faculty, and academic heads.• Monitor student attendance, performance, and feedback.• Assist in batch planning, course scheduling, and student orientation programs.• Ensure smooth academic operations and student satisfaction.Parent Interaction• Address parent queries regarding student progress, curriculum, and career prospects.• Participate in parent meetings and academic reviews when required.Career Guidance & Support• Guide students on portfolio development, internships, certifications, and placement preparation.• Support academic events, workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.Documentation & Reporting• Maintain accurate student records, counseling notes, and admission documentation.• Prepare periodic reports on enquiries, admissions, and student progress.________________________________________Desired Skills & Qualifications• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Any stream; Media/Management preferred)• Experience in academic counseling, education sales, or training institutespreferably in Multimedia• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Passion for education, counseling, and creative careers• Ability to handle students and parents with empathy and professionalism• Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Excel, and basic documentation________________________________________What We Offer• Career growth in a fast-growing creative education brand• Exposure to Animation & VFX industry ecosystem• Supportive academic environment• Performance-based incentives
