Job Overview
We are hiring a performance-driven Academic Counsellor to manage lead conversion and student enrollments. This role is focused on inside sales, where you will handle leads and drive them through the complete sales funnel (lead → closure).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and assigned leads via calls and follow-ups
Understand learner requirements and explain course offerings
Manage the complete sales funnel (lead → counselling → conversion → enrollment)
Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive timely closures
Update lead status and pipeline in CRM / Google Sheets
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
1–4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / EdTech sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven ability to convert leads into enrollments
Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven roles
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets
