We're looking for enthusiastic "Academic Counselors" with strong inside sales experience to guide prospective students through their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and online platforms
✅ Explain academic programs, admission process, curriculum, and career opportunities
✅ Counsel students using a consultative sales approach and support them through enrollment
✅ Achieve individual and team admission targets
✅ Maintain student interactions and follow-ups using CRM software
✅ Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and educational offerings
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field
✔ 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong sales and counseling abilities
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools
✔ Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
