As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents toward the right academic pathways, ensuring they receive accurate information, motivation, and support throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, strengths, challenges, and goals.

• Provide guidance on suitable programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation/Olympiads).

• Help students choose the right courses based on aptitude and interest.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to track progress and motivation.

Parent Interaction

• Conduct counseling sessions with parents to explain course offerings, teaching methodologies, and student progress.

• Address queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.

Admissions & Enrollment

• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Participate in admission drives, seminars, and school outreach programs.

Academic Support

• Assist in creating personalized study plans for students.

• Coordinate with faculty regarding student performance and required support.

• Provide academic guidance for exam strategy, time management, and study discipline.

Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate with teaching staff, operations team, and management.

• Conduct orientation programs, doubt sessions, and motivational sessions.

• Maintain a positive and motivating environment for students.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Science, or related fields preferred).

• Prior experience in academic counseling or coaching institutes is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand student psychology and counsel effectively.

• Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination abilities.

• Passion for education and student success.
